SHRIMP SCAMPI 
2 lbs. lg. shelled & deveined shrimp
6 cloves garlic
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. fresh chopped (fine) parsley
1/3 c. bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
2 lemons

In large broiling pan or skillet (with heat proof handle), heat butter and oil. Saute garlic until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Sprinkle with parsley, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler and broil 2 to 4 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown. Serve garnishes with lemon wedges.
