VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag frozen vegetables
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Durkee onions (1/2 mixed in casserole & 1/2 on top of casserole)
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Pimientos (opt.)

Mix all of the above except the 1/2 cup Durkee onions. Place the extra 1/2 cup of onions on top of the casserole. Bake 30 minutes or microwave until all is warm and melted. Very good.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
