3 lg. apples, cubed in sm. pieces
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 pt. whipping cream or Dream Whip, whipped
1 egg
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Beat egg, sugar and vinegar. Place in top of double boiler and cook until thick. Cool. Mix with whipping cream. Add apples and pecans.
