OVEN BAKED STROGANOFF | |
2 lb. beef cubes (round or chuck) 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can condensed cream of celery soup 1 envelope dried onion soup mix Sour cream to taste In a covered casserole dish, stir together soups. Add meat and bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Before serving, add sour cream to desired consistency. Serve over rice or noodles. |
