2 c. Bisquick mix
1 egg
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. club soda, ginger ale, strawberry soda

Mix well and use for pancakes or waffles. This batter cannot be saved after being mixed, so cook all of it and freeze for later use.
