HEART - HEALTHY CHICKEN 
2 skinless chicken breasts
2-3 carrots, sliced
2-3 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 can sliced mushrooms or use fresh
1/2 c. diced bell peppers
Diced onion, if desired
butter
Salt substitute
Herbs and spices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub chicken breasts with butter and seasonings. Place one breast in brown-and-serve bag; top with sliced vegetables. Cap with second breast and bake 1 hour.

This meal-in-one can be served atop cooked rice. The chicken provides non-greasy gravy. Delicious!

Puncture brown-and-serve bag with fork, to prevent explosion during cooking. Place bag and contents in baking pan.
