1 yellow cake mix with pudding in mix
3/4 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk (or 1 tbsp. vinegar in 1 c. milk)
4 eggs

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)
2 tbsp. flour

Mix topping in small bowl and set aside. Mix all other ingredients at high speed (mixer) for 6 minutes. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured (or use Pam) angel food or bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of topping on batter. Cut through and swirl with knife. Pour remaining batter on top. Sprinkle remaining topping and cut and swirl through again with knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Glaze with vanilla, powdered sugar and milk frosting. Crown with powdered sugar.
