SALMON PATTIE MELTS | |
7.5 oz. salmon, drained, flaked 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tsp. green onion, chopped 2 tsp. green pepper, chopped 2 eggs, hard cooked, peeled and chopped 1/4 c. mayonnaise 2 English muffins, halved 2 tsp. dillweed Combine all ingredients except muffins. Divide into 4 portions and spread on muffin halves. Place on broiler pan and broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 4. |
