SALISBURY STEAK 
3 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. Milani Mix (dried bread crumbs)
3/4 c. water
1 c. cream (half & half)
1 tsp. salt

Mix and let stand 5 minutes. 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 4 tbsp. barbecue sauce

Mix thoroughly and add to hamburger mixture. Shape in oval forms (about 7 ounce size). Brown patties. Place in baking pan. Pour 1 cup beef stock or bouillon over patties. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Serve with horseradish.
