TERIYAKI BEEF STIR FRY | |
3/4 lb. flank steak 1/4 c. reduced sodium soy sauce 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. honey 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 4 cloves garlic, minced Vegetable oil cooking spray 1 tsp. vegetable oil 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 c. broccoli, chopped 1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped 1 tomato, chopped Trim fat from beef. Cut meat into strips. Combine next 5 ingredients in an 8" square pan. Add steak to marinade (soy sauce, water, honey, ginger and garlic). Turn to coat. Cover and marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Coat a wok or electric skillet with vegetable oil cooking spray; add oil and turn to medium high heat, 325 degrees. Add steak, onion, pepper and broccoli. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and tomato. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until done. |
