LAYERED SALAD 
lettuce
1 bell pepper
1 can English peas
6-8 hard boiled eggs
8-10 slices crisp bacon
mayonnaise
6-8 green onions

Using glass bowl, layer lettuce, bell pepper, green onions, and english peas. Coat with mayonnaise and completely seal with thick layer. Refrigerate 8-24 hours.

Before serving, add hard boiled eggs, mashed fine and 8-10 slices crisp bacon, crumbled and sprinkled on top.
