HASH BROWN QUICHE 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. shredded hash browns
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. diced ham
1/2 c. half and half (rich milk)
3 eggs

Thaw hash browns and press out all moisture between paper towels. Press into a buttered 9" pie tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Layer cheese and ham on crust. Beat cream and egg. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (Crust can be done the night before.) P.S. Melted butter should be poured over before baking.)
