HASH BROWN QUICHE 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. Co-Jack shredded cheese
1-2 c. diced cooked ham or crumbled bacon
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Thaw the hash browns prior to beginning. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees. Lay the cheese and ham or bacon on the potatoes. Beat the eggs, milk and salt together. Pour over the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
