HASH BROWN BAKE 
6 oz. pkg. dehydrated hash browns & onions
5 eggs
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 green onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 drops hot pepper sauce
6 slices bacon, diced & cooked
Sprinkle with paprika before baking

The night before serving put hash browns in a bowl and cover with 1 quart hot tap water. Let stand 10 minutes and drain. In another bowl, beat eggs slightly, add potatoes, cheese, onion, seasonings and bacon. Mix together with potatoes in buttered baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Can use 10" pie plate. Place in COLD oven and set at 350 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
