APRICOT CITRUS SALAD 
1 - 3 oz. pkg. orange pineapple Jello
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 2 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 can whole peeled apricots, cut up
1 can sliced pineapple, diced
1 grapefruit, cut into pieces
2 oranges, in sections

Pour boiling water over Jello, add dissolved gelatin to hot Jello. Stir well.

Drain 2 cups juice from apricots, pineapple, oranges. Add to Jello. Cool Jello; add fruits and congeal.

Serves 12.
