TWO CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
17 oz. can Green Giant Golden cream style corn
17 oz. can Green Giant Golden whole kernel corn
3 eggs, well beaten
8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole. In small skillet, melt butter. Add green pepper and onion; saute until crisp and tender. In large bowl, combine cream style corn, whole kernel corn, eggs, and corn muffin mix; blend well. Add onion mixture; mix well. Pour into casserole; cook until firm and set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 12 (1/2) servings. 270 calories per serving.
