FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix together. Put into a greased pan. Prick with a fork. Bake 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool.

MIDDLE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.

TOP LAYER:

1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

Mix. Bring to a boil until thickened. Spread over fruit when cooled.

FRUIT SUGGESTIONS:

Mandarin oranges
Kiwi
Pineapple
Strawberries
Ca ntaloupe
Grapes
Bananas (but be sure they are completely covered with juice)
