CRAB MEAT WHITE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. milk

Blend flour, mustard and Worcestershire sauce with the melted butter. Gradually add the milk. When mixture is smooth and thickens add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese and 1 can crab meat. Salt to taste and add 1/4 cup apple juice. Heat.
