TACO DIP 
FIRST LAYER:

1 avocado
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice

SECOND LAYER:

16 oz. sour cream
1 env. taco seasoning

THIRD LAYER:

3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

TOP LAYER:

Green scallions
Tomatoes
Peppers

Tor tilla or nacho chips

Blend avocado, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread on the bottom of a platter. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread on top of first layer. Sprinkle shredded cheeses on top of this. Dice scallions, tomatoes, and peppers. Spread on top of cheese. Place chips around edge of platter. Serve with additional chips.
