APPLE PECAN DESSERT 
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped, peeled tart apples (2 med.)
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Unsweetened whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream

In medium bowl, beat egg until light. Add flour, cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar, salt and baking soda; mix well. Fold in apples and pecans. Turn into greased 8 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm and well browned. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream.
