ANISETTE COOKIES 
6 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Enough flour to make dough stiff

Mix ingredients. Roll into very small pieces and shape in circle as big as a nickel. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 egg white, beaten
1/2 tsp. anisette oil

Boil water and sugar until soft ball on candy thermometer or test drop in water (very important!). Add anisette and beat in egg whites. (Icing should be shiny.) Dip cookies in icing. Let dry on wax paper.
