1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
1 packet of Equal
Grated rind of 1 orange

Soften the gelatin in warm water. Combine the orange juice and gelatin with Equal. Refrigerate until jelled. Cut the gelatin into small cubes and serve in champagne glasses. Garnish with grated orange rind.
