STROGANOFF GISTAD 
4 to 6 hot dogs
1 yellow onion
1/2 c. heavy or light cream
3 to 4 tbsp. tomato ketchup
Salt and pepper
Parsley

Cut the hot dogs in 1/2 inch pieces. Cut and slice the onion. Fry the hot dogs and onion in butter a couple of minutes. Add the tomato ketchup and the cream. Stir. Let it simmer 5 minutes without a lid. Season to taste. Sprinkle parsley over.

Serves 2 to 3. Serve with rice and a green salad.
