FRIEDA'S COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. hot roll mix
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4-6 apples, peeled & sliced
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1 1/2 c. warm water

Stir contents of box in large bowl. Stir in water, oil and sugar until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface with greased hands. Shape dough into a ball and put in greased bowl. Let rise to double in size. Then put in a 12"x15" pan. Let rise to double in height (about 3/4" to 1"). Then put peeled apple slices on top of dough. Then put on strudel (recipe follows). Put on top of apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
