SUGARLESS CUPCAKES 
3 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped pitted dates

Beat eggs very well, until light and fluffy. Add nuts and fruits. Fill miniature, well-greased cupcake tins. Bake in preheated, 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Makes about 60 cupcakes.
