MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
3/4 c. safflower oil 3/4 c. apple cider vinegar 1/2 c. honey 2 cans French green beans 1 can sm. early peas 1 onion Mix oil, vinegar and honey. Drain vegetables and slice onion into thin slices, separating into rings. Combine vegetables with oil mixture and chill. Will keep 2 weeks. 8 servings. |
