SWEET POTATO PUFF 
3 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 lb. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Combine ingredients and place in flat baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine ingredients, sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
