CHEESE ROUNDS 
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated (let soften)
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Cream cheese with butter. Mix rest of ingredients with mixture; shape into small balls. Press with a fork on cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
