BAKED CHEESE ROUNDS 
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter
3 tbsp. dry onion soup mix

Combine all ingredients. Knead into ball. Divide in half and shape into 1-inch roll. Wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate 2 hours. Cut in 1/4 inch slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
