CHEESE CHILI WITH RICE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. can stewed tomatoes, mashed
16 oz. can kidney beans with liquid
2 tbsp. chili sauce or chili powder
1 c. shredded cheese
Cooked rice

In sauce pan, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, beans and chili sauce. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add salt to taste. Serve chili over mounds of rice in center; top with cheese.
