CHILI-RICE DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. diced green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add spices, green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, reduce heat and cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cover for 5 more minutes. Takes about 20 minutes.
