QUICK CHILI-RICE DINNER 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sweet whole kernel corn
1 c. diced green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown ground beef and onion together. Mix together all other ingredients except rice and cheese. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Stir in rice. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Makes 4 servings. Takes only 20 minutes.
