1 tbsp. butter
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb. ham, sliced
1/4 lb. salami, sliced
1/4 lb. Mozzarella or Provolone, sliced
1 1/2 oz. pepperoni

Saute mushrooms and pepper in 1 tablespoon butter; set aside. Roll out bread dough to make a 10 x 13 inch rectangle. Layer ham, salami, cheese and pepperoni down center of dough. Top with mushrooms and peppers. Fold dough over and seal edges. Turn seam-side down. Let rise for 1 or 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes, slice.
