SPICY SANDWICH LOAF 
1 c. mushrooms
1/4 lb. sliced ham
1/4 lb. sliced salami
1/4 lb. Mozzarella or Provolone cheese
1 1/2 oz. pepperoni, sliced
Sliced black olives
Sliced green olives
American cheese, sliced or grated
1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed

On large baking sheet, press dough into 10 x 13 inches. Layer generously meats and cheeses down center of dough. Top with mushrooms. Fold sides of dough over filling, lapping edges. Turn seam side down. Pinch edges together and tuck under to seal. Cover and let rise in a warm place 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
