SPICY SANDWICH LOAF 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper
1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb. ham, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. salami, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and green pepper; cook, stirring often, until tender. Set aside. On a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, press dough into a 10 x 13-inch rectangle. Layer ham, salami, cheese and pepperoni down center of dough. Top with mushrooms and green peppers. Fold sides of dough overlapping the edges. Turn seam side down; pinch ends together. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes, until golden brown. Good hot or cold.
