ALMOND BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. ground almonds
Colored sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and almonds. Divide dough into 1/4's. Form each 1/4 into a log, one inch in diameter. Roll each log in colored sugar. Refrigerate. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Bake on an ungreased pan for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
