BREAKFAST BURRITOS | |
1 can corned beef hash 4 to 6 eggs Lg. flour tortillas Louisiana Hot Sauce Salsa (if desired) Combine hash and eggs in a frying pan or microwave dish. Stir while cooking until eggs are cooked and hash is browned slightly. Season to taste with hot sauce while cooking. Heat tortillas according to package instructions. Do not fry tortillas. Fill tortillas with three or four tablespoons of hash and egg mixture and fold to close like a burrito. Serve with salsa if desired. Makes 6 to 8 burritos. |
