BREAKFAST BURRITOS 
1 doz. eggs
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1/2 lb. diced ham or turkey
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Diced tomatoes
Sliced American cheese

Scramble first 4 ingredients in 1/4 teaspoon butter. Place on flour tortillas. Add diced tomatoes and 1 slice of American cheese. Fold and wrap in foil. Can be kept in refrigerator all week. Warm in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
