FOR - THE - CROWD CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. onions, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. pimento, chopped (red canned) 1//2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. med. noodles, cooked & drained 1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs Brown meat. Add onion and cook until onion is tender, but not brown. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour mixture into 2-quart buttered casserole and sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 people. |
