FOR THE CROWD CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. med. noodles, cooked 1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs Brown meat. Add onions and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients except for noodles and bread crumbs. Pour in a 2 quart casserole. Stir in noodles. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
