APPLE-ROSEMARY TUNA SALAD 
Super delicious and low fat!

1 (5 oz.) can tuna
1 green apple, peeled, cored and chopped
a little low-fat mayonnaise (I use Kraft reduced fat mayo w/ olive oil) or olive oil
fresh rosemary, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make sure to finely chop up the rosemary. Best served after 1 hour in refrigerator.

This ridiculously simple recipe is also ridiculously delicious!
