KATHY'S BEEF AND PEPPER STEAK 
1 bottle Teriyaki sauce
2 lg. green peppers
3 lg. onions
5 lbs. stew meat

Soak stew meat in 1 bottle Teriyaki sauce for about 3-4 hours. Cut peppers and onions as desired. Place peppers and onions in broiler and cook until light brown; add stew meat to onions and pepper. Also add half of Teriyaki sauce that stew meat was soaking in and broil. Stir every 5-7 minutes until done to your desire.
