ORIENTAL SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 carrots, grated
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1 c. salted sunflower nuts
2 pkg. beef Ramen noodles
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1 env. cole slaw flavoring

Layer the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. For dressing: combine the oil, sugar, vinegar, slaw flavorings, and the 2 flavor packets from the noodles. Blend well. Break up the noodles and add to the dressing before serving. (Do not cook noodles.)
