KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 whole fryer
1 dozen flour tortillas
1 finely chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Garlic
Salt
Pepper

Boil chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic. Debone chicken. Cut flour tortillas into 8 pieces. Mix soups, tomatoes, and broth to make a sauce. Butter sides and bottom of a casserole dish. Add enough sauce to cover bottom of dish. Alternate layers of tortillas, chicken, onion, sauce, and cheese. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
