LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 clove garlic
3 tsp. basil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 onion
1/2 can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Lawry's salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce

Brown meat; simmer all above for 1/2 hour. Cook lasagna noodles (5 to 6 oz.)

CHEESE FILLING:

1 1/2 c. creamy cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Layer in 9 x 13 cake pan; meat, noodles, cheese, noodles, meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set 10 minutes to set cheese filling.
