STONE FAMILY CLASSIC 
San Francisco sourdough bread
butter
thinly sliced pastrami
brie
fresh tomato
salt and pepper

Heat a frying pan on the stove over medium low heat.

Lightly butter two slices of sourdough bread. Lay one slice, butter-side down, onto the heated pan.

Add slices of brie to cover the bread. Layer sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese; season the tomatoes with salt and pepper, to taste.

Add two or three slices of thinly sliced pastrami to the stack ("scrunch" it; don't lay it flat). Place the other slice of bread over the sandwich, butter-side up.

Check the bottom of the sandwich to see if it is toasted to your liking; flip carefully using a wide spatula and toast the other side.

Enjoy!! This is a GREAT tasting sandwich.
