CASSEROLE DRESSING | |
1/2 c. (each) butter, chopped onion, sliced ripe olives 8 oz. chopped mushroom pieces, drained 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. (each) sage, salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix Turkey giblets, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken) 1 c. milk (more if needed) Preheat oven to 350 degrees; melt butter, saute onions and mushrooms over medium heat (3 to 4 minutes); stir in remaining ingredients except milk. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole; drizzle milk over all; cover and bake 30 to 35 minutes. |
