CARAMEL POPCORN - MICROWAVE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white Karo
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 qts. popped corn (about 3/4 c. unpopped)

Microwave on high 4 minutes (boils 2 minutes). Stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Pour over 4 quarts popped corn in a large paper sack. Shake. Put in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high. Take out and shake. Pour in a pan to cool. Store in an air tight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
