JUMBO RAISIN COOKIES 
Add 1 cup water to 2 cups raisins and boil for 5 minutes. Cool.

Cream: 2 c. sugar

Add 3 eggs and beat well. Raisins and juice

Sift together: 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients. Chill dough. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 400 degrees 12-15 minutes. Large yield.
