1/2 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. whipped topping

Make pudding with milk according to directions on package. Beat in cream cheese. Stir in whipped topping until well blended. Layer cookie crumb and pudding mixture in 9 inch square pan beginning and ending with crumbs.
